What your Plans will include:
- All drawings are drawn to 1/4"=1' scale, or smaller scale when practical.
- 3D Rendering of front façade of the structure with any new custom design.
- Detailed Foundation Plan for Slab, Crawl Space, or Basement foundation.
- Detailed Floor Plans of all levels with all necessary dimensions, detailed notes, door and window size callouts, cabinet and appliance designations, wall sizes, plumbing fixtures, and stair designations as applicable.
- Orthographic Elevation views of all sides of the structure(s), including roof pitch designations, vertical wall height dimensions, and materials notations.
- Roof Plan overview showing pitch designations, gutter lines, and ridge vents.
- Building Cross-section(s) showing cut(s) through the structure to highlight important features and details.
- Electrical layouts, Product Schedules, Interior Elevations, Floor / Ceiling / Roof Framing Plans, and Site Plans can all be included as an Add Service.
- Materials Quantity Reports are also available as an Add Service.
- Note: Plans are not stamped by licensed Architect or Engineer, as most jurisdictions do not require this, based on state law size limitations.
